Melissa Harrison‘s Seasons Anthology quartet has brought me many things since I first began reading it – among which have been delight, rejuvenation, and spiritual guidance, to mention only a few. It has also brought me into an awareness of the work of a number of truly superb contemporary nature writers, prominent among whom is Caroline Greville.

I quickly came to know Ms. Greville’s work as down-to-earth, poignant, and deeply personal. So when I learned she had written a book – Badger Clan; My Badgers and Other Family – I was naturally interested in learning more about it.

Delighted to have my book Badger Clan in the hands of this distinguished reviewer. I’m very grateful to that little collection of anthologies! I am awaiting the review with interest (and some trepidation)…
